Dr Elizabeth, as she is fondly referred to by her patients, holds the prestigious dual fellowships of both the British College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RCOG) and the Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG).

Dr Elizabeth is a minimally invasive surgeon, highly skilled at both Laparoscopic and Robotic surgery, who delivers complex gynaecological surgeries to the region. Dr Elizabeth also maintains an active interest in academics and continues to be a fellowship examiner for RANZCOG

After having practised both Obstetrics and Gynaecology for a substantial part of her career, Dr Elizabeth has now turned her focus exclusively to Gynaecology.
Technology is progressing rapidly and with it comes both challenges and opportunities. The greatest advancement in Minimally Invasive Surgery (key hole surgery) is the use of Robotic technology. Dr Elizabeth is one of a select group of Gynaecologists with expertise in this field and who performs Robotic surgery routinely. She has access to state of the art daVinci Xi operating robot technology locally at Tamara Private Hospital.

Her areas of expertise include Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) for large fibroid uterus and benign pelvic masses, Endometriosis, as well as a range of Uro-gynaecology services (for prolapse and incontinence).

Dr Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience in her speciality. Having spent a large part of this time serving the community of Tamworth and New England, she understands the needs of her patients as a community member and as a woman. She puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. Dr Elizabeth finds a strong passion in listening to her patients to provide a dedicated medical experience.
